Domino Park
Dusk at Domino Park. By the time I finished painting from the catwalk the sun had set over Manhattan.
I came back the next day because I wanted to capture the exact moment when the runners and dog walkers are passing by and the sunset seekers are stopping for photos and friends are spreading picnic blankets on soft grass and ferries are cutting waves into the river and every building is blue and orange and the sky, the sky is glowing.
